PYP and MYP Intern

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to support our PYP and MYP programmes. This role is ideal for pre-service teachers, education students, or aspiring international educators who are passionate about inquiry-based learning and international education. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IB framework, collaborate with experienced international teachers, and support student learning in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist homeroom and subject teachers in classroom activities and instructional support
-Support the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources
-Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and school events as required
-Engage in professional development and training related to the IB PYP and MYP
-Participate in planning meetings and contribute to curriculum implementation
-Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and reflective attitude as part of the learning community

Requirements:
-Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Education or a related field
-Interest in or knowledge of IB programmes (PYP/MYP) is preferred
-Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
-Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multilingual environment
-Passion for working with children and young adolescents
-English fluency is required; Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory
