We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Admissions Coordinator.

Position: Admissions Coordinator
Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (Renewable)

Report: to Customer Service Manager (LT: Business Manager)
Role: To coordinate admissions, oversee admissions paperwork and student records, manage school tours, provide general reception and front-line contacts including but not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate the full admissions process, including handling inquiries (email, phone, web), application tracking, and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and administering admissions assessments and testing.
  • Maintain and update student files and class rosters in alignment with school records policies.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for prospective families, including follow-up communication and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department, Principals, and Leadership Team to align admissions, fee communication, and feedback processes for a smooth applicant experience.
  • Manage and track student withdrawal processes, coordinating with internal departments for smooth offboarding.
  • Support the Customer Service team by assisting with school tours, providing general reception coverage, and serving as a front-line contact as needed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Meet or exceed board mandated qualifications (B2.2.1)
  • Must possess general customer service and organizational skills and be proficient in English. Education and/or training in education or business preferred.
  • Be willing to complete additional duties as assigned. 

    • Parameters: all work is to be done in accordance with the following:

  • OCSI administrative policies, procedures, and practices
  • Board policies
  • Japanese law
