Job Requirements

<Job Requirements>

• Fluent in English
• EIKEN Grade 1 or TESOL
• Bachelor’s degree from a university in which English is the primary language. (If you are a native English speaker, the country of the university doesn’t matter.)

<Preferred>

• English Teaching experience especially around the age of 3-12.
• A passion for inspiring and connecting with students of all ages.
• Enthusiasm for tackling challenges and embracing new opportunities.
• Attention to details and good at following instructions.
• Interested in managing their own school branch, and not becoming one of many teachers that are easily replaceable.

As the head manager of this new branch, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s future and leading it to success.

Our school in Ehime has a proven track record, with over 160 students aged 4-18 earning EIKEN (English Proficiency Test) certifications from Grade 5 to Pre-1 over the past few years. Now, we’re bringing that success to Tokyo, and you’ll be at the forefront of this journey.

  • With TESOL or EIKEN Grade 1: ¥280,000
  • With EIKEN Grade 1 and native-level English: ¥290,000
