Skills and Qualifications:

– Minimum qualification of Certificate
– At least 2 years of experience teaching EAL
– Strong knowledge and understanding of the IB curriculum and EAL support
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using technology as a tool for teaching and learning
– Passionate about education and committed to student success
– Willingness to collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects
