Position: Global Leadership Diploma Teacher
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Leadership Diploma teacher to join our team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in the role of Leadership Coach to support independent student inquiry in this unique program.

Overview:
The Global Leadership Diploma (GLD) program seeks a dynamic and flexible teacher-coach to support high school students in designing and undertaking highly personalized learning. This role involves mentoring students, fostering inquiry-based learning, and guiding them as they align their educational experiences with their passions and future goals. Students undertake a mixture of semi-guided projects, individual personal inquiries, guided DP classes, and experiential learning both inside and outside the school.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with students to plan, execute, and reflect on independent, student-directed inquiries.
– Facilitate the development of skills in research, critical thinking, and self-directed learning.
– Build strong relationships with students to understand their interests, strengths, and goals.
– Provide guidance and support for diverse student projects, from creative pursuits to in-depth research.
– Encourage student agency and foster an environment of curiosity and exploration.
– Contribute to program structures and curricula that support students’ needs and goals.

– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and collaborate with students.
