MBIS is an independent, co-educational Early Learning to Grade 12 international school located in Kobe, Japan. The
school is WASC accredited and IB authorized. The school is also a member of the Japan Council of International Schools
and East Asia Regional Council of Schools. The Marketing and Development Officer supports the Director of Admissions
and Marketing with student recruitment through admissions, marketing, and relationship building activities. The Marketing
and Development Officer also works closely with the Head of School to seek donors, with a significant focus on
individuals and corporations, to raise major funds for the school’s strategic capital works plans.
