Position: Secondary School English Teacher

We are currently seeking an experienced Secondary School English Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English and Literature courses at the high/secondary school level, following the PEI (Canadian) curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at the secondary school level
– Strong knowledge of Canadian curriculum standards for English/Literature is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
– Proficient in using technology as a tool for instruction
– Teaching license and ability to become licensed in PEI
