Kids UP English Teacher (Japan)

Kids UP is looking for caring, professional, and energetic teachers who enjoy leading fun activities for children ages 3–12. The school uses a mix of content and language integrated lessons (such as arts and crafts and exercise-based activities) and traditional language study, with an emphasis on the Focus on Form (FonF) approach to language learning. Kids UP’s priority is to create a happy and positive atmosphere for both students and teachers, believing that staff happiness promotes student happiness.

Position Details

• Salary: ¥262,000 – ¥300,000 / Month (negotiable)

• Description:
  • Work with a team of native and bilingual teachers.
  • Regular working hours are five days a week, Monday through Saturday, 11:00-20:00 (time may vary).
  • A mentorship program is available for teachers interested in curriculum development, management, digital marketing, design, and IT.
  • The company offers 正社員 (seishain) full-time, non-contracted positions to those wishing to pursue a mid-to-long-term career in Japan.
