We are looking for an experienced and qualified administrative assistant to be part of our Elementary School administration team. The applicant needs to be a flexible thinker who enjoys working in the busy environment of an elementary school. We are looking for a candidate who is a capable, independent problem solver, takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team. Confidence and expertise with databases, communications and logistics support along with sensitive and confidential communication skills are essential for this role.

The person we are seeking will be a skilled collaborator, who enjoys working and learning with a diverse range of colleagues and young people.
